TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE CAMPAIGN (as defined below) AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING LEGAL TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS CAMPAIGN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PROCEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN.
A) BASIC TERMS

- Campaign: Tropicana UPgrade
- Campaign Period: 1st June 2025 to 31st December 2025
- Participating Projects:
- Tropicana Aman
- Tropicana Alam
- Tropicana Gardens
- Tropicana Metropark
- Tropicana Grandhill
- Tropicana Avalon
- Tropicana Paradise
- Tropicana Cenang
- Tropicana Uplands
- Lido Waterfront Boulevard
B) Eligibility
- Eligibility
- Eligible Participant(s) of the Campaign must be Malaysians aged 21 and above at the time of entry into the Campaign (“Eligible Participant(s)”), excluding
- permanent or temporary employees of the Organiser or companies under Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana Group of Companies”), its affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or households members of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives;.
- Representatives, related companies and/or business partners (including advertising, promotion and public relations agencies) of the Organiser and/or Tropicana group of companies.
- The following categories of persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Campaign: -
- any person whose participation in / and association with the Campaign may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of the Organiser and / or the Campaign any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause the Organiser and/or Tropicana Group of Companies or the Campaign to be perceived unfavorably;
- any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by the Organiser as being ineligible from time to time; or
- a person who is insane, bankrupt or subject to a criminal investigation or has criminal proceedings instituted against him or her in any jurisdiction, the Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Campaign.
- a person who is not using a valid Malaysian NRIC and a Malaysian mailing address in fulfilling the steps under Clause B(2).
- The Eligible Participant(s) will be entitled to get a chance to win Campaign Prizes (“Campaign Prize”) by following the steps as per below:-
- Step 1: Register an account at the microsite (https://upgrade.tropicanacorp.com.my/);
- Step 2: Complete a property style quiz at the microsite; and
- Step 3: Play the games and complete tasks throughout the Contest Period. Games will be available to be played unlimited amounts of times per day, whereas certain tasks will be limited to one (1) time only such as visiting Property Gallery or Booking.
- Step 4: Points earned will be recorded automatically. Tasks that require Share/Likes require a screenshot and will need to be validated by Tropicana Corporation Berhad before points are awarded.
- Step 5: Points earned will enable participants to unlock furniture, smart technology and appliances to be placed around the space to decorate it. Submit your most creative home design to win exclusive prizes.
- The top three (3) Eligible Participant(s) with the highest game scores will win:
- 🥇 1st Prize: Furnishing Package AND/OR Appliances AND/OR Smart Home Technology – worth a grand total of RM80,000.
- 🥈 2nd Prize: Furnishing Package OR Appliances OR Smart Home Technology – worth a grand total of RM30,000.
- 🥉 3rd Prize: Furnishing Package OR Appliances OR Smart Home Technology – worth a grand total of RM30,000.
- In the event of the Eligible Participant(s) unable to fulfil the conditions of Step 5 under Clause B(2), the Developer reserves the right to disqualify the Eligibility Participant(s)’ eligibility.
- While the following categories of persons are eligible to enjoy the SPA signing incentive in the Campaign (“Homebuyer(s)”):-
- The homebuyer(s) of the Project during the Campaign Period;
- The booking form of the homebuyer(s) for the purchase of the Unit (“Booking Form”) must be received by the Developer during the Campaign Period; and
- The SPA must be signed by the homebuyer(s) within 45 days from the date of the Booking Form.
- Campaign Prize shall be provided to the Winner(s) within ninety (90) days from the date of selection of the Prize by the Winner(s) subject to the fulfilment of the Winner(s) of these terms and conditions and the availability of the Prize(s) from the service provider/vendor/business partner. All Prizes under the Campaign must be claimed on or before the timeframe stipulated in this Clause and any unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by the Developer thereafter.
- The Campaign Prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable in form of cash or incentive.
- The Developer reserves the right to replace the Prize under this Campaign with another prize of similar value in the event that the published Prize becomes unavailable.
- The Developer will contact the Winner(s) for further details via SMS, WhatsApp, Call or any other means of communication deemed fit by the Developer during the redemption process.
- The Developer shall not be held liable in the event of,
- the Winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reason; and/or
- non-receipt or delayed delivery of any notification to the Winner(s).
- In the event of the Winner(s) is not contactable after three (3) attempts, the Developer reserves the right to disqualify the Winner(s)’ eligibility.
C) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING STATEMENT RELATING TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT(S) (“Notice”) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2010 (“PDPA”) AND PUBLICITY
- The PDPA governs the processing of the Eligible Participant(s)’ and Homebuyer(s)’ personal data (“Personal Data”) by the Developer. This Notice is issued to Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) to inform that this is the basis upon which the processing of the personal data is done by the Developer.
- Purpose: All information (including personal data) submitted by the Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) in their participation of the Campaign shall belong to the Developer and the Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) irrevocably and unconditionally consent and permit the Developer to use, publish or feature the Eligible Participant(s)’ and Homebuyer(s)’ details and/or their pictures (which may include the Eligible Participant(s)’ and Homebuyer(s)’ name, statements about the Campaign or any of its related matter) without further notice or compensation for publicity, advertising or any other related purposes in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to any of the Developer’s publications, websites and/or any promotional materials connected to the Campaign. This includes disclosing the Homebuyer(s)’ name or photos to the general public when the Homebuyer(s) become a winner of the Prize.
D) GENERAL
- In the event of any ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute that may arise in respect of any of these Terms and Conditions, the Developer shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide on all such ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute. The Developer’s decision on the same and any decision made by the Developer relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
- The Developer reserves its rights to vary any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time without prior notice.
- The Developer may at any time during the Campaign Period disqualify any person from participating in the Campaign or cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign without providing any reason whatsoever.
- All Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) may be required to submit further proof of their eligibility within such time frame as may be required by the Developer, failing which, the Developer shall be entitled to disqualify any Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) at any time and such disqualification, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign shall not entitle any Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) to any claims or compensation against the Developer for any losses suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of disqualification, cancellation, termination or suspension.
- The Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly to bring the Developer into disrepute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same, whether during or after the Campaign Period.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions with any form of publicity collaterals relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Developer shall not be liable to any Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) for loss of life, any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Campaign or any party claiming through the Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s), and each Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Developer in relation to the Campaign.
- The Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) shall indemnify the Developer from and against all claims, damage, losses, costs and expenses suffered as a result of the Eligible Participant(s)’ and Homebuyer(s)’ breach of the eligibility criteria and these Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the Campaign.
- The Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s) confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as varied or changed) and shall abide the same accordingly, including to cooperate and follow all instructions given by the Developer to the Eligible Participant(s) and Homebuyer(s).
